Registration Fees

Young Adult (ages 18-26)/Small Group Leaders – $275
A late fee will go into effect on September 18, 2017, register early!

Adult (age 27 & over) – $350
A late fee will go into effect on September 18, 2017, register early!

Primary Exhibitor (Seminary Admissions/General Agency/Exhibitors) – $600
Includes Exhibitor Table
Note: Accommodations are a separate fee and will be charged during the registration process.

Additional Exhibitor Registration Only (Seminary Admissions/General Agency/Exhibitors) – $150

What does the registration fee include?

Young Adult Registration fee includes:

  • All sessions and workshops
  • Conference Meals
    • Day 1: Dinner
    • Day 2: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
    • Day 3: Breakfast
  • Access to Exhibitors
  • Shared Hotel Accommodations for 2 nights (single rooms are available but will incur an additional charge of $91 PER NIGHT)

  • You may send additional exhibitors, however, at least one individual must register as a primary exhibitor in order to reserve the Exhibitor Table

  • Note: Accommodations are a separate fee and will be charged during the registration process.

Refunds/Cancellations

Payment
Payment for EXPLORATION 2017 is expected at the time of registration. Payment is by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express only. You can register multiple attendees during the registration process and submit payment for all at one time. Please note a late fee will go into effect on September 18, register early!

Refund/Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to September 1, 2017 will receive a full refund less a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations received after September 1, 2017 are not eligible for a refund.
